Thank you for your interesting manuscript. It is fluently written, short an concise. I think your ideas should be published. I suggest you send it to some open access journal for publication. I do think that your ideas should be made public. Indeed there is a lot of work to be done before you have support for some of your ideas. It is in favor of science that ideas are made public for further research on the subject.
